To ensure a smooth listing process, please prepare the following information before you begin:
You will need the exact location (Sector, Cell, Village or Street Name), number of bedrooms, bathrooms, available amenities (WiFi, parking, etc.), and the monthly rental price.
Prepare at least 4 clear photos showing the living room, bedrooms, kitchen, and exterior of the property. Photos must be in JPG or PNG format.
To prevent fraud, SafeRent requires proof that you own or have the legal right to rent the property. Have your National ID/Passport and Property Title (UPI Document) ready for upload.
A valid phone number and email address so that SafeRent support and prospective tenants can reach you.
Listing on SafeRent is designed to be simple but secure. Here is what you can expect:
Enter all your property details, upload your beautiful photos, and set your desired rental price through your Landlord Dashboard.
Upload your ID and proof of property ownership securely. These documents are never shown publicly.
Our Trust & Safety team manually reviews your submission to ensure everything is legitimate. This typically takes 12-24 hours.
Once verified, pay the applicable listing subscription fee. As soon as the payment is confirmed, your property goes live instantly.
Start receiving inquiries and applications from our pool of verified tenants directly through the platform.
Why do we verify properties? SafeRent’s reputation is built on trust. We verify every property to protect tenants from scams and to protect landlords from fraudulent applicants.
SafeRent operates on a transparent subscription model. There are no hidden fees.
To keep your property visible to thousands of tenants, landlords are required to maintain an active subscription plan. You only pay when you are actively looking for a tenant.
Unlike traditional brokers, SafeRent does not take a percentage of your monthly rent. Your rental income is 100% yours.
Open the curtains and turn on the lights before taking photos. Properties with bright, high-resolution photos receive 3x more applications.
Don't just say "3 bedroom house". Mention nearby landmarks, the safety of the neighborhood, and recent renovations.
Research similar properties in your sector. Setting a realistic price minimizes the time your property stays vacant.
