1. Maximize Natural Light

Always take photos during the day. Open all curtains and blinds to let natural light in. Avoid using the flash on your camera as it creates harsh shadows.

2. Clean and Declutter

Before snapping photos, make sure the space is spotless. Remove personal items, tuck away cables, and ensure the beds are made. A clean space looks larger.

3. Shoot from the Corners

To capture the true size of a room, stand in the corner and shoot towards the opposite corner. Hold your camera horizontally (landscape mode).

4. Highlight Key Features

Does your home have a beautiful balcony, a modern kitchen, or secure parking? Make sure you include dedicated photos of these selling points.
