There are currently no partner collections available in the database.
To add partner collections:
1. Go to Admin Panel → Contributor Uploads
2. Review and approve a collection
3. When approving or editing, check the "Mark as Partner Collection" checkbox
4. Or add collections to the collections table with type = 'featured' or category_badge containing 'partner'
5. Make sure collections are marked as active/approved
