1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SafeRent (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.

3. Landlord Obligations

If you are a landlord using our platform, you agree that you have the legal right to list the property. You must ensure that the property meets all local health, safety, and zoning regulations. SafeRent reserves the right to remove listings that are deemed inaccurate or fraudulent.

4. Smart Contracts and Payments

SafeRent utilizes digital smart contracts. By agreeing to a rental through our platform, you agree that the digital signature acts as a legally binding commitment. All payments processed through SafeRent are subject to our payment processing fees, which will be clearly displayed before finalizing any transaction.
